UPLB has expanded its collaboration with more public and private higher education institution (HEI) partners in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. 

Four HEIs – Palawan State University (PSU), University of St. La Salle (USLS), Southern Luzon State University (SLSU), and Bulacan State University (BulSU) – signed their respective Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UPLB on May 31 at BM Gonzalez Hall. 

On June 14, five HEIs were added to UPLB’s partners after the signing ceremony on campus. These are De La Salle University – Dasmariñas (DLSU-D), Batanes State College (BSC), Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), and Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU). 

The University also signed an MOU with the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) on June 17 in Baguio City. 

Since its establishment, the Office for Institutional Development in Higher Education (OIDHE) has been taking charge of activities pertaining to coordination and collaborative undertakings with various HEIs in the country.

Through the agreements, the UPLB and its partner HEIs will conduct capacity-building activities, including faculty and curriculum development. 

Chancellor Jose V. Camacho, Jr. signed the agreements on behalf of UPLB with OIDHE Director Greg T. Pawilen and one of the deans as witnesses. Deans, directors, and heads of UPLB offices attended the signing ceremonies. 
The following signed on behalf of their respective institutions: Dr. Ramon M. Docto, president of PSU; Dr. Romeo G. Teruel, assistant vice chancellor for academic affairs of USLS; Dr. Doracie B. Zoleta-Nantes, president of SLSU; Dr. Cecilia Navasero-Gascon, president of BulSU; Br. Francisco V. de la Rosa VI, president of DLSU-D; Dr. Djovi R. Durante, president of BSC; Dr. Sylvia S. de Guzman, vice president for academic affairs of PSAU; Dr. Max P. Guillermo, president of TAU; Prof. Alizedney M. Ditucalan, chancellor of MSU-IIT; and Lt.
