Recently, the focus has been on the smallest bike in their global range, the 200 Duke. Notably, the bike has been equipped with an LED headlight, adopting a similar aesthetic to its larger counterparts. This cohesive styling approach effectively integrates the smaller model into the overall Duke lineup, creating a harmonious and unified visual identity.
In terms of performance, the KTM 200 Duke retains its reputation as the most performance-focused option in the sub-200cc naked bike category. It is equipped with a 199cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that generates 25 horsepower at 10,000 rpm and 20 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. It’s worth noting that these power figures are comparable to those of the Royal Enfield Scram 411, a bike with more than twice the displacement. Despite being a seemingly small update, the inclusion of an LED headlight significantly enhances the appearance of the bike. The previous halogen headlight didn’t quite complement the bike’s contemporary design. Considering that the 200 Duke is widely favored by commuters, particularly in the Asian market, this revision is undoubtedly highly appreciated.
